Fans can vote for their favorite contestant in the Miss Earth 2023.

The contestant with the highest number of votes in all 4 groups is awarded the title "Miss People's Choice" and automatically enters the Top 20 Finalist list of the contest.

In case that Miss Earth believes that the security operations or voting process has been affected in any way, Miss Earth follows the decision of the Organizing Committee, takes one of the following actions: ( a) suspend the voting process to resolve the issue and then resume the voting process; (b) select the contestant with the highest score from the number of valid votes at the time of influence; (c) use the judges' decisions to select contestants to advance to the next round if the voting results are considered to be fraudulent; or (d) adopt any fair and reasonable solution determined by Miss Earth. Miss Earth will follow the final decision of Organizing Committee, determine valid votes.

By participating in the voting process, you agree to all of our terms and conditions and release us and third parties from all claims and liabilities, of any kind arising in whole or in partly, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the voting process.

Any attempt by you or any other person to intentionally damage any online service, mobile service or website, disrupt the voting process or destroy the lawful operation of the voting process may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, in which cases we reserve the right to seek compensation and/or other remedies from any person in full according to regulations of the Law.
